Saigon Nail College has teamed up with the North Carolina Vocational Rehabilition to assit those with mental, learning, or emotional disabilites.

Aid the special need people and allow them the same opportunities to do nails as everyone else in the working world.

The school's mission is to help you obtain a nail license to work in a real nail salon. Further details will be explained when you sign up.
